What are my login details?

To login to Footprint, you will need the email address and password you provided when you started your subscription.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a request a reset link here. This will be emailed to you within 10 minutes.

How do I change my password?

When you are logged in (see the first point above if you require your login details) click on your name at the top right of the website. Now click "Change password", enter the required fields and click "Reset".

How often are email alerts sent? How do I change the frequency of them?

We offer three email frequencies (instant, daily and weekly). The default setting is instant - to change this, log in (see point 1 if you require your login details) to Footprint and click on your name at the top right of the website. Under "My profile" click your chosen email alert frequency. No further actions are required.

  • Instant = one email alert for every article we publish, our default setting
  • Daily = one daily email, delivered each afternoon, including links to the articles published in the previous 24 hours
  • Weekly = one weekly email, delivered each Friday morning, including links and headlines for all the articles published in the previous seven days.

Can I change the email address that Footprint emails are sent to?

Can I access Footprint using a smartphone or tablet?

Yes - the Footprint website will automatically adapt to the screen size of your device.

Are there special rates for multi-user subscriptions?

How do I add more people to my account?

Call us on +61 2 9267 3800 or email with your request. To be eligible for multi-person rates, all users must work within a single organisation and the subscription must be invoiced to a central contact.

How do I access archived articles?

Visit our homepage at www.footprintnews.com.au and log in using your email address and password.

Clicking on 'Latest news' will show you our latest news, or you can browse via our 'Topics' page.

Can I get RSS feeds of Footprint?

Yes - visit our RSS feeds here.

Does Footprint accept advertising?

Yes - but on a limited basis. Footprint accepts advertising for events, training sessions, and job vacancies relevant to our readership. We do not accept product or company advertising. for more details.

Can I forward Footprint email alerts?

No – unless we have provided you with written permission. Contact with any requests.

Can I share my login details with my co-workers?

No - doing so jeopardises the security of the information you've provided, and can allow others to post content, view your personal data, or make purchase orders under your name.

Can I publish a Footprint article on my website, blog, or newsletter?

If you wish to reproduce a Footprint article please email our managing editor, , for permission, or call +61 2 9267 3800. Please note as our business model involves people paying us to access our content we are extremely selective about when and where we allow our content to appear aside from the Footprint website.

How do I unsubscribe?

We'll be sad to see you go, however, if you would like to unsubscribe yourself from Footprint, please phone +61 2 9267 3800 or email with your request. If possible, please provide a reason for cancelling your subscription, as your feedback can help us to finetune our service.
