Asphalt from 99% post-consumer material achieves new "best practice"

Asphalt made from 99% post-consumer recovered material, such as printer toner cartridges, old tyres, glass and re-used asphalt, is cheaper, better-performing and will generate less than half the CO2-e emissions of equivalent products, its creator says.
